Shipping policy

  • Free delivery to one location for bill order of $110 and above;
  • Deliver within 1-3 business days upon full payment received(subject to stock availability. Any delay in delivery due to stock shortage, we will notify you by phone/message to arrange alternate schedule);
  • For bill order below $110 or extra location, delivery fee of $15 per location applies;
  • Delivery to Sentosa or Airport, there will be a $10 surcharge.
  • No delivery to Tuas & Jurong Island.
  • Deliveries from Mon-fri 9:30am-6:00pm (no delivery on P.H. and Sat /Sun)
  • Please ensure someone to receive deliveries, otherwise the second trip is chargeable or self-collection at our office.
  • Time slots for self collection : 2:00pm - 4:00pm (pls Whatapp 94511851 to arrange at least 1 day in advance);
  • Specific timing strictly not applicable;
  • No refund or cancellation is allowed after payment;
